Terms of Service
What a TereaTV support plan covers, what it does not, what we ask of you, and how payment and refunds work.
Last updated 21 September 2026
01. The agreement
These terms govern your use of tereatv4k.com and any TereaTV support plan or free setup check you request through it. By sending an order, requesting a setup check or using our support, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
02. What the service is
TereaTV is a technical support service. For the devices covered by your plan, we help you:
- check whether your device and your chosen source are compatible;
- choose and install a media player app from your device's official app store;
- add to that player a source you already have the right to use;
- adjust picture, audio and home-network settings; and
- troubleshoot the setup for the length of your plan.
Support is given by chat, WhatsApp and email. We will also send you written notes describing how your devices were configured.
03. What the service is not
TereaTV does not sell, supply, host, stream, re-transmit or link to any television channel, playlist, stream, film, series, sports event or other content. No plan, price or free check includes access to any content.
TereaTV holds no licence, distribution agreement or partnership with any broadcaster, network, studio, league or other rights holder, and nothing on this website should be read as suggesting otherwise. Device and platform names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
04. Your sources and your rights to them
You are responsible for having the right to watch anything you ask us to help you set up. Examples of sources we can help with are:
- a playlist, login or app issued to you by a licensed provider you subscribe to;
- free-to-air broadcasts received through your own aerial and tuner, or free streams and apps published by the broadcaster itself; and
- your own recordings, videos or home media server.
Every order and setup check asks you to confirm the following:
“I confirm that I have the right to watch any source I ask TereaTV to help me set up, and I understand that TereaTV does not supply channels, playlists, streams or content.”
We may ask where a source comes from before we help. We will decline, and may stop, any work involving a source that we reasonably believe is unauthorised, including any that appears to re-transmit paid television services without permission.
05. What we will not help with
- Obtaining, sharing or reselling playlists, logins or streams.
- Bypassing encryption, access controls, geo-restrictions or subscription checks.
- Installing modified or pirated apps, or apps from unofficial sources.
- Anything that would infringe copyright or break the law where you live.
06. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
07. Plans, payment and renewal
- Prices are those published on the pricing page, in US dollars, and cover one term of support, paid in advance, for the number of devices you choose (up to 5).
- Nothing renews automatically. We do not store card details and there is no recurring charge. When a term ends, support ends until you choose to renew.
- A plan starts once payment has cleared. Until then, no service is owed.
- Your devices keep whatever configuration they have when a plan ends; ending a plan does not remove or disable anything.
08. Free setup checks
The free setup check is offered once per household, at our discretion. It is an assessment of whether your device and source are likely to work together, with first-step instructions. It creates no obligation on either side and does not include any content.
09. What we cannot control
Your source provider, your internet connection, your hardware and third-party player apps are outside our control. We will help diagnose problems, but we cannot guarantee the availability or quality of any third-party service or content.
10. Refunds
Please use the free setup check before ordering. If, after payment, we are unable to get your setup working on a covered device and the reason is on our side, contact us within 24 hours of your plan starting and we will refund the unused part of the plan.
Refunds are not given where the problem is caused by your source provider, your connection or your hardware, where you change your mind, or where we stop work under section 04 because a source appears to be unauthorised.
11. Ending the service
We may end a plan that breaches these terms, that is used fraudulently, or that is the subject of a payment dispute. You may stop using the service at any time; because nothing recurs, that simply means not renewing.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TereaTV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your source provider, your connection, your hardware or third-party software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the current term. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Copyright
We respect the rights of copyright owners. If you believe something on this website infringes your rights, the process is set out on our copyright and DMCA page.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top always shows the current version. The terms in force when you paid continue to govern that term.
15. Contacting us
