What does TereaTV actually do?
TereaTV is a setup and technical support service. We help you install a media player app on a device you own, connect it to a source you already have the right to use, and keep it working. We do not sell, supply, host or link to any TV channel, playlist, stream, film or series.
Does a TereaTV plan include any channels or content?
No. A plan pays for our time and expertise, not for content. If you want to watch something, you need your own lawful access to it, for example a subscription you hold with a licensed provider, a free service published by the broadcaster, or your own recordings.
Which sources will you help me set up?
A playlist or login issued to you by a licensed provider you subscribe to, free-to-air broadcasts or free streams published by the broadcaster itself, and your own media library or home media server. We decline to configure a source that appears to be unauthorised, and we may ask where a source comes from before we help.
Which devices can you help with?
Smart TVs, Fire TV, Android phones, tablets and boxes, iPhone and iPad, Apple TV, Linux-based set-top boxes, and Windows or Mac computers. If you are unsure about your model, send it to us and we will confirm before you pay.
What is the free setup check?
You tell us your device and the kind of source you want to use, and we tell you whether the two will work together, with first-step instructions if they will. It is free, there is no obligation, and it does not include any content or access to anything.
How many devices does a plan cover?
Each plan covers between one and 5 devices in your household. The number of devices changes how much setup and troubleshooting we take on; it never changes what you are able to watch, because that depends on your own sources.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. You pay once for the term you choose. We do not store card details and nothing renews on its own. To continue, order a renewal from the order page using the same email address.
What if my setup stops working during my plan?
Message us on WhatsApp, live chat or email with the device and what changed. Most problems come from an app update, a new router or a change at your source provider, and we help you work through them. If the problem is with your provider's service itself, you will need to contact them.
