What we do
A small team that sets up players
Most people who contact us already pay for a TV service, or want to use free broadcasts or their own recordings, and simply cannot get a player app to behave on the device they own. Menus differ between brands, settings are buried, and a single wrong option can mean no picture or constant buffering.
TereaTV helps with exactly that. We confirm your hardware is suitable, help you install a player from the official app store, add the source you already use, and tune picture, audio and network settings. When something changes later, you message the same team.
We are a small independent team, not a broadcaster and not a content provider. We answer our own chat and email, and we would rather tell you a setup will not work than sell you a plan that cannot help.
What TereaTV is not
- Not a content provider.We do not sell, supply, host, stream or link to any channel, playlist, film, series or sports programme.
- Not licensed by, or partnered with, any broadcaster.We make no claim to any licence, distribution agreement or partnership with any broadcaster, network, league or rights holder.
- Not a way around a paywall.We do not help anyone bypass encryption, geo-restrictions or subscription checks.

How we work
Four rules we work by
You bring the source
Every setup starts from something you already have the right to watch. We do not supply content, and we will not configure a source that appears to be unauthorised.
Official apps only
We work with media players installed from your device's own app store, not modified or side-loaded builds of unknown origin.
Prices printed in full
All twenty plan combinations are published on the pricing page. There is no separate setup fee and nothing renews automatically.
Honest answers
If your device or source will not work, the free setup check says so before you pay. If a problem sits with your provider, we tell you that too.
