How to tell TereaTV about a copyright concern, what to include, and what we do when a notice arrives.
Last updated 21 September 2026
01. Our position
TereaTV respects the rights of copyright owners. TereaTV is a device setup and technical support service: we do not sell, supply, host, stream or link to any channel, playlist, film, series, sports event or other content, and our plans include none.
We do not help customers configure sources that we believe are unauthorised, and our terms of service require every customer to confirm they have the right to use any source they ask us to set up.
02. How to send a notice
If you believe material on tereatv4k.com infringes your copyright, or that our service is being used in connection with infringement of your rights, email contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with “Copyright Notice” in the subject line. Please include:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act for them;
- identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- identification of the material or activity you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it, such as the page address;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
03. What we do next
We acknowledge every notice and aim to do so within 2 business days. Where a notice concerns content on this website, we review it and remove or change the material where appropriate.
Where a notice concerns a customer using our support in connection with an unauthorised source, we stop any related work and may end that customer's plan under our terms of service.
04. If you think we removed something by mistake
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with “Copyright Counter-Notice” in the subject line, including:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
- your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live.
05. Repeat infringement
We end, in appropriate circumstances, the plans of customers who are found to use our support in connection with infringing material.
06. Misuse of this process
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages. Please only send a notice about material you own or are authorised to represent.
