How payment and renewal work
Is this a recurring subscription?
No. You pay once for the term you chose and the line runs for exactly that long. Nothing renews automatically and no card details are stored, so there is nothing to cancel.
How do I pay?
Send the order form and we reply with the payment methods available in your country. Your line is activated as soon as the payment clears, normally within minutes.
Can I add connections later?
Yes. Message support with your username and we will quote the difference for the time remaining on your term — you never pay twice for the same months.
What happens when my term ends?
We remind you before the last day. Renew from the subscribe page with “Renew my line” and your existing username, playlist and favourites all stay in place.
Is there a refund policy?
Take the free trial first — that is what it is for. If a paid line will not work on your device and we cannot fix it, contact us within 24 hours of activation and we will make it right.
Do prices change by country?
No. The rate card above is the same everywhere, in US dollars, with no regional surcharge and no setup fee.
