How TereaTV handles copyright notices: what to include, where to send it, what we do when it arrives, and how to challenge a removal.
Last updated 28 August 2026
01. Our position
TereaTV respects the rights of copyright owners. We do not host, store, record, produce, own or transmit television channels or films ourselves, and we are not affiliated with any broadcaster, network, studio, league or rights holder.
Where content reaches a subscriber through a third-party source outside our control, we will act on a properly formed notice from the rights holder or their authorised agent.
02. How to send a notice
Send your notice by email to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line. To let us act quickly, please include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed — the title, and where a body of work is covered, a representative list.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, specific enough for us to locate it: the exact channel or title name as it appears, and where you saw it.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
An incomplete notice may not be legally effective and can delay our response. If you are unsure, send what you have and we will tell you what is missing.
03. What we do next
We acknowledge every valid notice, normally within 2 business days. Where a complaint relates to material reaching subscribers through our service, we act expeditiously to disable access to it, and we pass the notice to the upstream provider responsible for the source.
We keep a record of notices received and of the action taken, so that repeat sources can be identified and removed permanently.
04. Counter-notification
If you believe material was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with “DMCA Counter-Notice” in the subject line. It should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was disabled and the location where it appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live, or where our address is located if you are outside that country.
05. Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of subscribers who are repeat infringers, and we permanently drop upstream sources that generate repeated valid notices.
06. Misuse of this process
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please only submit a notice about material you genuinely own or are authorised to represent.
07. If you are a subscriber
Nothing on this page changes your subscription. If a channel you were watching becomes unavailable following a notice, contact our support team and we will tell you what is available instead.
